Using our Brownies Premix is easy!

Ingredients:

Premix-Ingredient-List-Brownies-Tray-Baking-Papper-Eggs-Butter-Fibre-Powder
Alchemy Brownies Premix (500g).
2 eggs (use 4 for a cakier texture).
225g butter, melted.
8″ x 8″ tray, line with baking paper.

  • 225g butter , melted
  • 2 eggs (use 4 for a cakier texture)
     

Instructions

1.

Pre-heat oven to 175°C (for all oven types).  

2.

Grease an 8″ x 8″ tray or line with baking paper. 

3.

Melt butter in a microwave. 

4.

Combine all wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl. 

5.

Add in Brownies Premix and stir until fully incorporated. 

6.

Pour out the batter into the greased or lined pan. 

7.

Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes. 

8.

Remove from oven and cool before cutting into squares to serve. 

Alchemy Premix Brownies with Milk Side View

Santa Hat Brownies 

INGREDIENTS 

1 Alchemy Brownies Premix 

225g unsalted butter , melted

2 eggs  (use 4 for a cakier texture)

For toppings 

1/4 cup icing sugar
125g Cream cheese
Fresh strawberries, small to medium in size with the stalks cut off for a flat surface
Blueberries 

Equipment 

Circle cutter, approx. 4 cm in diameter
Piping or zip-lock bag
8 x 8 baking tray
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175°C (for all oven types).  
  2. Grease an 8″ x 8″ tray or line with baking paper. 
  3. Melt butter in a microwave. 
  4. Combine all wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

  5. Add in Brownies Premix and stir until fully incorporated. 
  6. Pour out the batter into the greased or lined pan.

  7. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes.

  8. While the brownies are bakingusing handheld beaters or a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Spoon into a piping bag or zip-lock bag and snip the end to dispense a desired amount of icing. 
  9. Remove brownies from oven and cool for at least 10 mins. 
  10. Transfer cooled brownies onto a flat surface. Using a circle cuttercut rounds from the brownie 
  11. Pipe on some cream cheese icing on each brownie circle. Top with a strawberry. Pipe a dot of icing on the tip of the strawberry and press on a blueberry. 
  12. Repeat with remaining brownie circles, icing and fruits. 

Feeling adventurousWhy not spruce up your boxed brownies with some extra ingredients to make your batter better. Or just enjoy them as it is, with a distinct rich chocolate flavour that we know you’ll love. 

Make the brownies as per our instructions below. Lastly, add in spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of your batter to create the swirls!
