Made Healthier: High Fibre Nasi Lemak.
Translating to “fatty rice” or “rice cooked in cream”, Nasi Lemak is an extremely versatile dish commonly paired with sides such as roasted peanuts, ikan bilis (dried anchovies), fried chicken or otah (spicy fish cake). A dash of spicy sambal (sweet chili sauce) typically completes the meal.
A local favourite, this recipe is our attempt at a healthier version by preparing it with Alchemy Fibre™ Powder Blend for Rice. We hope you’ll enjoy it!
