HOMEMADE PIZZA DOUGH

A comfort dish made with flattened bread dough, smeared with rich tomato sauce and topped with ingredients of your choice with melted stringy Mozzarella!

  • 120g of bread flour

  • 30g of Alchemy Fibre™

  • 1.75g of instant yeast

  • 2.95g of salt

  • 100g of water

  • 6.65g olive oil

  • Pizza sauce

  • Mozzarella

  • Sliced cherry tomatoes

  • Basil leaves

  • Preheat the oven at 240°C

  • Combine water and oil together and mix well. Set aside.

  • Mix flour, Alchemy Fibre™, yeast and salt in a bowl using a wooden spoon.

  • Make a well in the centre and add water-oil mixture slowly until a dough forms. You don’t have to finish all the water-oil mixture.

  • Knead the dough on a countertop for 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms.

  • Rest the dough in a covered and oiled bowl for 30 minutes.

  • Roll the dough into a circular shape and place onto a greased baking sheet.

  • Spread the pizza sauce on the dough, then the pizza toppings and lastly the Mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice up the pizza to serve.
