How to use
Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160 °C. Line cookie tray with baking paper.
- Whisk softened butter and egg.
- Add in cookie mix and mix until smooth.
- Roll the dough into small balls (~10 g) and flatten the dough pieces with a spoon/fork.
- Bake for 18 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and cool the cookies for 10 minutes before serving.
