- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 6-hole muffin tin with paper patties.
- In a bowl, whisk milk, oil, butter and egg together.
- Add in muffin mix and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fill muffin batter in muffin cases until 2/3 full and bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove muffin tin from oven immediately onto a cooking rack to cool completely before serving.

125ml whole milk
40ml vegetable oil
