Alchemy Brownies Premix

Ingredients
  

  • 500g Alchemy Brownies Premix
  • 225g Butter
  • 2 Eggs (use 4 for a cakier texture) 

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 175°C (for all oven types).  
  • Grease an 8" x 8" tray or line with baking paper. 
  • Melt butter in a microwave. 
  • Combine all wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl. 
  • Add in Brownies Premix and stir until fully incorporated. 
  • Pour out the batter into the greased or lined pan. 
  • Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven and cool before cutting into squares to serve.
