Alchemy’s story sparks from the real-world challenge of modern diseases that plague society today. ​ Globally, over 1 billion people are obese, 1/2 billion people are diabetic, and the numbers are steadily increasing. The root cause is our (unhealthy) diets.
We want to change that.

That's why we decided to 'change' our food with science, but not change the enjoyment of food. We devoted ourselves to making great tasting foods healthier. Our innovation lead to our fibre technology that reduces the use of sugar and carbohydrates in food products.
Today, we work with an array of food service partners and food manufacturers to offer healthier, affordable options in sugar, carb and GI reduction. With a shared vision, we work towards our goal of a more sustainable healthy future together!
