Refund Policy

Products sold are non-exchangeable or refundable unless:

1. The product arrived damaged or defective

2. The product is spoilt

3. The wrong product was delivered

Please email us at cs@alchemyfoodtech.com within 14 days from the date of purchase along with your order number, reason for exchange/refund and picture for proof. We will get in touch with you within 3 working days once we have received your refund request. Do note that we will only entertain request if purchase was made via alchemyfoodtech.com website.
