Ingredients

  •   30 g Alchemy Fibre For Rice

  • 300 g Jasmine whtie rice

  • 420 g Chicken broth

  • 6 g Salt

  • 6 g Sugar

  • 6 g Chicken seasoning powder

  • 6 g Garlic, minced

  • 6 g Onion, minced

  • 10 g Old ginger, crushed

  • 10 g Lemongrass, crushed

  • 35 g Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  •  In a frying pan, add vegetable oil on low heat

  • Add lemongrass and ginger. Stir fry until garlic turns golden brown

  • Add chicken broth, sugar, salt, chicken seasoning powder and Alchemy Fibre For Rice

  • Dissolve completely and turn off the heat

  • In the rice cooker pot, rinse rice twice and drain away excess water

  • Add Chicken broth mixture to the pot and start cooking

  • When rice is cooked, keep warm for 10 minutes before serving
