Ingredients
30 g Alchemy Fibre For Rice
300 g Jasmine whtie rice
420 g Chicken broth
6 g Salt
6 g Sugar
6 g Chicken seasoning powder
6 g Garlic, minced
6 g Onion, minced
10 g Old ginger, crushed
10 g Lemongrass, crushed
35 g Vegetable Oil
Instructions
In a frying pan, add vegetable oil on low heat
Add lemongrass and ginger. Stir fry until garlic turns golden brown
Add chicken broth, sugar, salt, chicken seasoning powder and Alchemy Fibre For Rice
Dissolve completely and turn off the heat
In the rice cooker pot, rinse rice twice and drain away excess water
Add Chicken broth mixture to the pot and start cooking
When rice is cooked, keep warm for 10 minutes before serving
